Mr. Emigh has over 29 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. Mr. Emigh's experience includes the evaluation, planning, and design of transportation systems, stormwater drainage, and water/wastewater infrastructure systems. Mr. Emigh is adept at storm sewer hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, including computer simulations and field data collection for drainage studies. Mr. Emigh is experienced in asphalt and concrete pavement design and traffic engineering studies.

Mr. Emigh provided drainage, pavement, and traffic engineering services on a number of large transportation projects including Hydraulic Avenue, Wichita, Kansas, McKelrey Road, Maryland Heights, Missouri, and Highway N, Cottleville, Missouri. Mr. Emigh was the project coordinator for the Elmhurst Quarry Flood Control project in DuPage County, Illinois. Mr. Emigh was the lead project engineer for the "Sanitary Sewer Response Plan", City of Wichita, Kansas, the "Wastewater Master Plan", O'Fallon, Missouri, and the "Stormwater Master Plan", Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, and performed "Combined Sewer Separation" studies for the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District. Mr. Emigh was the lead project technician on over 1,900 acres of nationally recognized strip mine land reclamation projects including Tebo Creek, Missouri, and the Shiloh and Spadra, Arkansas.
